Lives where your guests and residents already are.
Voice First
Plain speech is the whole interface.
Every Input
Each request sharpens the next answer.
All Hours
The overnight question gets the same answer.
How it fits
One layer across the whole room.
Milo layers on the TV, the network, the phone and the thermostat, and gives them one voice. There is no new app for anyone to learn.
Keep Your Platforms
Everything on site runs exactly as it does today.
Keep Your Providers
Current contracts and hardware relationships stand.
Nothing New to Learn
Speech is the interface. There is no app.
Hospitality
Answers in the room. Not at the desk.
Guests ask out loud from the room. Milo routes the request, confirms it back, and leaves the team free for the guest in front of them.
Senior Living
No buttons. No apps. Just ask.
Residents get the day, the people and the room by voice. Teams get back the hours spent repeating the same answers.
How it learns
It gets smarter every single day.
Learning stays with the property. Operators review it, correct it, or clear it.
01
Listens in Context
The room, the time, the profile and the systems on that site.
02
Watches the Outcome
Did the task close. Did they ask again. Did staff correct it.
03
Adjusts the Answer
Local phrasing and routing picked up in place, not in a release.
04
Reports the Pattern
Repeat questions and faults become a short list for the operator.
Milo foryou
One companion in the room, for everyone who walks into it and everyone who worries about them.

The operator's view
“The questions that used to ring the desk get answered in the room. What reaches us is the part that needs a person.”

Common questions
What operators ask first.
Do we have to change providers?
No. Milo sits on top of what you have. Your TV platform, network provider and phone system stay exactly as they are.
Can we start with one floor?
Yes, and most sites should. One floor is enough to tune the answers against real requests before widening.
Does every room need new hardware?
Not necessarily. Where a suitable endpoint already exists, such as a television or an in-room device, Milo can use it.
Who owns the data?
The operator does. Retention, access and deletion are set by the property.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so and passes the request to a person with the full history attached, rather than inventing an answer.

Tell us what is in the rooms. We will show you Milo layered on top of it.
Platform
One companion. Every room.
Understand. Decide. Act. Milo carries a spoken request all the way through to a finished result.
Lives in the RoomFloor-by-Floor RolloutFully AuditableSite-Scoped Memory
The loop
From a question to a finished job.
The layer reads the intent, picks the systems, does the work, and reports back. No person in the middle.
What we offer
What happens when someone speaks.
01 / UNDERSTAND
Intent, Not Keywords
Speech becomes intent, with the property's own vocabulary attached. Multiple languages, tolerant of accent and noise.
02 / DECIDE
Plans the Request
Works out which systems to call and in what order, inside the rules you set.
03 / ACT
Carries It Through
Sends the command, opens the ticket, places the call, confirms out loud.
04 / REMEMBER
Holds the Building
Site memory means week two is smarter than week one. Reset at any time.
05 / REPORT
Asks Become Patterns
Top requests by floor, repeat faults, and the questions it could not answer.
06 / HAND OFF
Passes to a Person
Moves to staff with the full history attached. Nobody repeats themselves.
Deployment
Prove it on one floor first.
Nothing goes offline. No provider has to change for the pilot to run.
Connect
Read-only discovery, then supervised connections one at a time.
Teach
Load your own answers: hours, policies, menus, calendars, routing.
Pilot
A floor goes live. Requests reviewed weekly, phrasing fixed in place.
Scale
Expand room by room. Pilot learning carries forward.
Privacy and control
Private rooms need clear rules.
A microphone in a guest room is a trust question before it is a technology question.
Opt In and Mute
A visible mute on the endpoint and an opt out available at any time.
Cleared Between Stays
One person's requests never shape another person's experience.
Operator Owned Data
The property sets what is kept, for how long, and who can see it.
Separated Endpoints
Voice devices sit on their own segment, apart from guest traffic.
Encrypted in Transit
Requests and system calls are encrypted end to end.
Traceable Actions
Every action logs back to the request that caused it.
It layers on the systems in the room.
A short technical session is usually enough to tell whether your systems are ready.
Hospitality
Why call the front desk? Just ask Milo.
Towels. Checkout. The Wi-Fi password. The score of the game. Guests ask out loud and Milo handles it, right there in the room.
In-Room RequestsProperty AnswersVoice TV ControlFront Desk Deflection
In the guest room
Every answer, without picking up the phone.
Guests speak, Milo assigns the task and reads the timing back. Property answers come out in your words, not a generic script.

What we offer
The calls your team takes every day.
Service Requests
Housekeeping, maintenance and dining, routed to the right team.
Property Answers
Pool hours, parking, breakfast, pets and checkout, always current.
TV & Entertainment
Channels, apps, casting, volume and captions, on your platform.
Local Guidance
Recommendations you curate, not whoever paid for placement.
Why it matters
Fewer calls at the desk. More of them worth taking.
Most inbound room calls are short, predictable and repetitive. Handle those in the room and your team gets its attention back.
Call Deflection
Routine requests resolved in the room instead of at the desk.
Demand Visibility
Top requests and repeat faults, surfaced by floor every week.

Start with a floor. Milo layers on the TV, network and phone in those rooms.
Senior Living
Everything they need, just by asking.
No app. No remote to find. No number to look up. Just a question, asked out loud, and answered as many times as they like.

Community calendar
What we offer
Their day, their family, their room.
The Day Ahead
Meals, news and activities, live from the calendar you keep.
Staying in Touch
Calls and messages placed by name, not by number.
Reminders
Set by the community or approved family, repeated if missed.
Room Comfort
Lights, temperature and television, reachable without standing up.
Why Milo
Built for older adults. Not adapted afterwards.
Teams lose real hours to repeated questions and to requests that arrive through whoever is walking past.
Patient Pacing
Slower speech, longer listening, no penalty for pausing mid-sentence.
Plain Wording
Short answers in ordinary language, repeated without impatience.
Consent First
Visible mute, a clear opt out, and no listening nobody agreed to.
The Right Role
Requests reach the person responsible, not whoever is nearest.
Milo is a communication and engagement companion. It is not a medical device, it does not provide clinical monitoring, and it does not replace a nurse call system or any emergency response process on site.
Give residents a simpler way to ask.
Start in one wing, layered on the TV, network and phone in those suites.
Integrations
One layer. Every system in the room.
TV. Wi-Fi. Voice. Milo plugs into the systems that make a room work.

Common questions
What integrators ask first.
Do we change providers?
No. Milo sits on top of what you have. Your TV platform, network provider and phone system stay exactly as they are.
What if a system has no way in?
Milo works around it and hands those requests to staff. We tell you which systems fall into that group before anything is signed.
Can we start with one building?
Yes, and most sites should. A floor or wing is enough to tune the answers against real requests.
Who owns the data?
The operator does. Retention, access and deletion are set by the property.
Is new hardware required?
Not necessarily. Where a suitable endpoint already exists, Milo can use it.

About
We make rooms answer.
Milo is an independent company building one thing: an in-room companion that guests and residents can simply talk to, layered on the TV, Wi-Fi, voice and property systems in every room.
One ProductIn Every RoomOperator in ControlHospitality & Senior Living
Why Milo
Plenty of systems. None of them talking.
Buildings are already full of technology. None of it was built to talk to the others, or to a person who just wants an answer.
What we built
We built the part that was missing.
A television platform, a network, a phone system, a property database and a service tool. None of them designed to speak to each other.
Replacing all of it is expensive and disruptive. Adding one more portal makes it worse. So we built a companion that talks to the person and to every system underneath.
How we work
Straight answers. No overselling.
Built to Layer On
Milo slots into the TV, network, phone and property systems that make a room work, and gives them one voice.
Honest About Limits
When the layer cannot do something it says so, and passes the request to a person rather than guessing.
Consent First
Voice in a private room is opt in, with a visible mute and a clear way out.
Operator in Control
The property decides what the layer knows, what it keeps and what it forgets.
Small Starts
Pilot first, scale on evidence. We would rather prove it on a floor than promise it on a slide.
Learning in the Open
What Milo learns stays visible to the operator and can be corrected by them at any time.
